(1) The surface treatment of the valve

a. Organic solvent cleaning method: strict cleaning treatment is carried out before assembly of the valve and after hydraulic test. Ultrasonic cleaning technology can also be used. Valve ultrasonic cleaning steps are divided into cleaning (including local scrubbing) → rinsing (50℃~60℃ water + cleaning agent) → rinsing (50℃~60℃ water) → dry (dry air); Visually check the cleanliness of the valve appearance after cleaning, and paint it after the appearance meets the requirements.
b. Sandblasting shot blasting method: After the valve pressure test is qualified, the whole valve is sandblasting shot blasting treatment, and the valve stem, stud, nut and other positions are protected to prevent surface damage
(2) Paint selection
The selection of paint mainly considers the atmospheric environment, the operating temperature of the valve, the material of the valve, whether the heat preservation (cold protection), the design life and economic factors.
